Half Mortise Hinges
Available in a choice of metals, gauges, and sizes for a wide range of door thicknesses. You may specify plain bearing, standard weight bearing, or heavy weight bearing models.
Regular and swing clear applications. Five knuckle styles are available.

Features:

The TA3374 (stainless steel) and TA2774 (steel) five knuckle standard weight half mortise hinges are recommended for use on average frequency and/or medium weight wood and metal doors in public buildings where there is medium traffic.

  • For average frequency and/or medium weight wood or metal doors
  • May be used on channel iron jambs
  • Jamb leaf is applied to the surface of the jamb with machine screws, door leaf is mortised into the edge of the door
  • Pin is held in place by an NRP set screw
  • Where doors are beveled edge on hinge side, specify TA4374 or TA4774
  • Hospital tip available
  • Ball bearing option offered
  • Reversible
