Modern Forms F-WC 6-Speed RF Ceiling Fan Wall Control with Single Pole Wallplate

RF wall switches can only be used with Modern Forms RF compatible Smart Fans. RF wall controls can control up to 8 ceilings fans within 50ft of range. Additional switches can be purchased separately for 3 or 4 way switch setup. Wall control features luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, 6 speed fan setting and Winter/Summer mode buttons. This product only works with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. RF controls only work with RF models - for Bluetooth models please use a Bluetooth control (F-WCBT-WT). All models purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models. To identify a pre-2021 model - examine the existing control. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a remote control, Bluetooth models have a silk screened Bluetooth logo on the front of the remote. If your Modern Forms Smart Fan came with a wall control, the part number of the control is printed on the silver UL label located on the left side of the wall control - F-WC-WT is an RF model and F-WCBT-WT is a Bluetooth model.

  • RF wall switch for local control to be used with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. Controls up to 8 ceilings fans per wall control within 50ft of range. This product only works with Modern Forms Smart Fans.
  • Additional switches can be purchased separately for 3 or 4 way switch setup. Can be programmed through the Modern Forms App to be setup as a 2-way or 3-way switch.
  • RF controls only work with RF models - for Bluetooth models please use a Bluetooth control (F-WCBT-WT). All models purchased in 2021 or later are Bluetooth models. To identify a pre-2021 model - examine the existing control. Instructions provided in the full product descriptions.
  • Includes a kill switch to turn fan off quickly. Includes Winter/Summer mode switch to reverse fan for warm or cool air flow.
  • Control features luminaire on/off, 0-100% brightness, fan on/off, 6 speed fan setting and Winter/Summer mode buttons.
  • UL, cUL, CSA, ETL & cETL Damp Location Listed for indoor or covered applications. Use with an outdoor switch cover when installing outdoors, for example in an exposed cabana or pergola. Compatible with Leviton outdoor switch cover sku # 4998.
