Yes. The LED Linear Cloud is a flush ceiling mount fixture and its canopy covers a standard 4 inch hexagonal outlet box, with the outlet box mounting hardware included in the carton. It is hardwired, so no cord or plug, and you need an existing switched 120V supply at the box. One caution on layout: the fixture is 51 inches long by 10-1/4 inches wide and only 3-1/4 inches deep, so the box needs to sit where you want the center of that 51 inch run.
2) Can this fixture go in a bathroom, over a laundry sink, or in an unconditioned garage?
Damp location listed and cETLus certified, so it is fine for a bathroom ceiling outside the shower, a covered porch ceiling, a laundry room, or an unheated garage.
