The 32291 carries 14 tips plus a 1/4 inch nut driver. No. The 32291 is not insulated and will not protect you against electrical shock. Treat it as a general tamperproof driver only, and de-energize before you work. If you need shock protection you want a rated insulated driver instead, not this one. It's also not a pry bar or chisel.
3) Can I get replacement bits if I lose or break one from the 32291?
Yes, bits are sold separately and the shank takes them quick-change, so you swap without tools. Klein lists replacement bits under 32773, 32774, 32777, 32778, 32779, 32780, 32781, 32782 and 32783, plus related accessories 32770, 32771, 32772, 32775, 32776 and 32784. That matters for an MRO crib standardizing on one driver across a building.
4) Does the 32291 include a nut driver, or do I need a separate one for hex head screws?
