1) Will the NGP 1013 saddle threshold work under a door that needs ADA-compliant clearance?
The 1013 stands 1/4 inch tall, so it sits well under the 1/2 inch maximum change in level that governs accessible openings, and the top is flat and fluted rather than ramped. If you need a wider landing across the sill, the 10 inch width covers a lot of subfloor transition; a 6 inch profile like the Pemko 272 Series flat saddle covers less floor if your frame depth is tight.
2) What lengths does the NGP 1013 threshold come in, and which one do I need for a standard 3-0 door?
Five lengths: 36, 48, 72, 74 and 84 inches. A single 3-0 opening takes the 36 inch piece. The 72 and 74 inch pieces are for pairs of doors, and 84 inch covers a pair with a mullion or wider frame throat. Both mill aluminum and dark bronze are stocked in all five lengths.
3) Does the NGP 1013 saddle threshold come with fasteners or do I need to buy anchors separately?

But the Pemko 272 Series is 6 inches wide against the 10 inches of the NGP 1013, so it will not cover the same footprint at the sill, and any anchor pattern or existing screw holes laid out for a 10 inch saddle will not line up. If you are replacing 1013s across a fleet of doors and want the sill to look and sit the same, stay at the 10 inch width.
5) Can I get the NGP 1013 threshold with a non-slip surface for an entrance that gets wet?
Two levels of traction here. The standard 1013 has a fluted top, which is the ribbed extruded surface that breaks up a wet footfall. For genuinely hazardous conditions, NGP offers the SIA slip-resistant finish as an option on the saddle. Building lobbies and back-of-house doors that see rain or washdown are where that option is worth specifying.
6) I'm replacing thresholds across a building. Will the NGP 1013 match the dark bronze on my existing doors?
