2) Is a non-insulated ring terminal like the A18-516 OK on a 480V control circuit?
The terminal itself carries a 600 V rating, so 480 V is within it. Because it is non-insulated, the crimp barrel and the conductor are exposed, so you need either enclosed terminal space with adequate clearance or a separate piece of heat shrink or insulating sleeve over the barrel. If the termination sits where accidental contact is possible, an insulated ring terminal is the better choice.
3) Should I use a ring terminal or a fork terminal on a terminal block screw?
A ring terminal like the A18-516 has a closed tongue, so it cannot vibrate off a stud even if the nut loosens, which is why it is the one specified for motor leads, grounding studs, and anything that moves.
