The Norton Rixson 427 Series is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for deep reveal door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250lbs.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • 427N floor closer, non-hold open.
  • Single acting, handed
  • Exterior or interior doors
  • 180 x 102 top pivot included
  • 119 intermediate pivots required (order separately)
  • Torx (Security screws). Only provided for screws visible. (order separately)
  • Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at same degree as dead stop
  • Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95° or 105°
  • Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
  • Vertical door adjustment
  • Available with floor plate or threshold installation
  • Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
  • Doors 60" (1524mm) to 90" (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot - each additional 30"" (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
  • Deep reveal/alcove applications
  • Door width up to 4' 0" (1219mm)
