The Norton Rixson HM27 Series is a 3/4" offset-hung floor closer designed for 1-3/4" hollow metal door and frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250lbs.

- Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck

- Includes three special steel 4-1/2" ball bearing standard weight hinges with 3/4" offset doors over 90" in height warrant an additional hinge
