7700 POWER TRACK® | ELECTRIFIED CLOSERS AND HOLDERS
The 7700 Series Power Track® closer/holder combines the functionality of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series door closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism.

- Push or pull side mounting (closer mounted on door)
- Standard separate and independent latch, sweep, and backcheck intensity valves
- Spring loaded buffer block at the point of hold open prevents over travel of the arm slide and provides a cushioned dead stop
- Additional floor or wall stop is recommended
- Voltage: 24VDC or 120VAC
