The Rixson Model 370 is a center hung pivot set engineered for precision and durability in demanding door installations. This Rixson 370 center hung pivot set includes the standard 340 top pivot and a bottom pivot that mounts directly to the floor, offering a reliable and concealed pivot solution.
Designed with the pivot point centered in the thickness of the door, the Rixson 370 pivot hinge requires the door to have a radius on the pivot edge for proper operation. It features sealed bearings to protect against weather and debris, ensuring long-lasting performance in both interior and exterior environments.
While not approved for use on labeled doors and frames, the Rixson Model 370 is furnished with both wood and machine screws for flexible installation and is available with extended spindles in 1/2" (13mm) increments—up to 2" (51mm) longer than standard—to meet specific project requirements.
