Yes. The N166GB is a 1/2-13 hex nut, meaning 1/2 inch nominal diameter at 13 threads per inch, which is the standard UNC coarse pitch for 1/2 inch rod and bolts. It will run onto 1/2 inch coarse-thread rod, strut rod, and hex bolts. It will not fit 1/2-20 fine thread.
