1) What bulbs does the NUVO 60-197 flush mount take, and are they included?
Two E26 medium base lamps, A19 shape, 60W maximum each. Bulbs are not supplied, so order lamps separately. Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you install, the fixture itself has no driver.
2) Can the NUVO 60-197 go in a bathroom or a covered porch ceiling?
It carries a damp location rating and is designated for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling outside the shower or tub spray zone is fine. A covered exterior porch is not, that is an outdoor application and this fixture is not rated for it. For an open or exposed location you need a wet-rated fixture.
3) Is this an LED fixture or do I need to lamp it with LED retrofits?
The 60-197 is an incandescent-technology fixture with no integrated LED and no selectable color temperature. Because it uses two open E26 medium sockets, you can lamp it with A19 LED replacements at or below 60W equivalent and choose whatever color temperature you standardize on. Dimming then follows the lamp you pick.
