NUVO Lighting 60-3273 3 Light, 17in, Flush Mount Twist and Lock with Frosted White Glass

The 60-3273 takes three E26 medium base lamps in an A19 shape, and bulbs are not included, so budget three per fixture. Maximum rating is 60W per the fixture spec, on 120V. Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you install, so if you need dimming, use dimmable A19 lamps on a compatible dimmer.

Damp location rated and listed for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling outside the shower spray, a laundry room, or an enclosed covered area is fine. It is not wet rated, so keep it off open exterior soffits and out of direct spray. Safety listing is cULus.

That is the main reason property managers spec it. The 60-3273 glass shade twists off and locks back on with no finials or thumbscrews to drop or lose, so a tech can change all three A19 lamps and reseat the frosted glass one-handed on a ladder. There is a single shade and a single glass piece, so nothing to mismatch across a building when you restock spares.

Brushed Nickel is the finish, with a glass and metal build in a transitional style, which is the easy one to match against brushed nickel bath bars, door hardware, and plumbing trim already common in multi-family units. It is a single finish fixture, so there is nothing to specify beyond the part number 60-3273.

Yes. The 60-3273 is listed with lead as a CA Prop 65 chemical, so California shipments require that warning on record. The fixture is RoHS compliant.
