    Yes. The Cornerstone 60-3471 carries a Wet location rating and is built for outdoor use, so it can go on an open wall, an unroofed entry, or anywhere direct rain and splash reach it. It is cULus safety listed and the housing is die-cast aluminum.

    It takes one medium base (E26) A19 lamp rated to 60W max at 120V. No bulb ships with the fixture, so order lamps separately. Because the socket is a standard E26, you can put in an LED A19 retrofit instead of incandescent; just stay at or under the 60W rating and use a wet-location rated lamp since the fixture is outdoors.

    No. The Cornerstone 60-3471 is not ADA compliant, and its 9.25 inch extension is why: it projects well past the 4 inch limit for wall-mounted objects in a circulation path. Use it on a residential entry, a patio wall, or anywhere outside a required accessible route. For a commercial walkway you need an ADA-rated flush sconce instead.
