Bulbs are not included. You need one medium base (E26) A19 lamp, up to 100W maximum, on a 120V circuit. Any standard A19 LED or incandescent in an E26 base drops in, so a property manager can match whatever lamp stock is already on the shelf. Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you choose, so if the wall is on a dimmer, pick a lamp rated dimmable.

Extension is 8 inches from the wall face, with a 6.13 inch width and 12.25 inch height. That 8 inch projection is the number to watch on tight entry landings, between a door and a railing, or along a corridor where someone walks close to the wall. For an accessible route or a public corridor, specify a shallow ADA wall sconce instead and keep the Banyan for entries and facades outside the protected path.
