NUVO Lighting 60-6644 Chassis, 4-Light, Island Pendant Fixture, Copper Brushed Brass Finish with Matte Black Frame

No bulbs ship with it. You need four A19 lamps with an E26 medium screw base, rated 60W maximum each on 120V. Any A19 medium-base lamp works, LED or incandescent, as long as you stay at or under 60 watts.

Indoor dry locations only. The Chassis pendant carries a dry location rating, which rules out covered patios, bathroom shower or tub zones, and any spot exposed to steam or splash. For a porch or a wet-rated application you need a damp or wet listed fixture instead. Safety listing is cETLus, so it is accepted for US and Canadian installations in dry interior spaces.

It is a linear island pendant, one 40 inch chassis carrying four E26 sockets from a single ceiling feed. That matters on the job: you wire one box, not four, and the lamp spacing is fixed by the chassis. If you want to set your own spacing over an island, or your island is an odd length, three or four individual mini pendants on separate boxes is the better approach. A linear unit like this is faster to install and keeps one canopy on the ceiling.

Mounting is rod only, ceiling mounted. Rod-hung pendants need the canopy on a flat plane to hang plumb, and no sloped-ceiling adapter is part of the supplied kit, which is four 6-inch rods, four 12-inch rods, two 2-inch threaded links, and 12 feet of wire. On a vaulted ceiling, use a fixture with a swivel canopy or a cable-hung unit instead.

Twelve feet of wire ships with the fixture, 144 inches, which is well beyond the 49.38 inch maximum rod drop. So wire length is never the limit on this pendant; the rod set is. Trim the excess at the canopy during install.

One finish combination: copper brushed brass on the fixture with a matte black frame. The black frame ties in with matte black faucets, cabinet pulls, and window frames, while the brushed brass reads as the warm accent. Bodies are steel. Ordering reference is NUVO 60-6644.

Lead is the listed California Prop 65 chemical for the Chassis pendant, so a California installation carries that disclosure. The fixture is also RoHS compliant, which matters on specs that call for restricted-substance conformance.
