Bulbs are not included with the Altos 60-7841. It takes four medium (E26) base lamps rated up to 60W each, and NUVO specs the fixture around an ST19 shape lamp, which is the vintage-style straight tube bulb that suits an exposed-socket fixture. Any E26 lamp within that 60W ceiling will run, but ST19 is what the design was drawn for.

Yes, within limits. The Altos 4-light semi flush carries a damp location rating and is listed for indoor use, so a bathroom ceiling outside the direct shower spray is fine. It is not rated for wet locations, so keep it out of an open shower, above a tub with a shower head, or any covered exterior porch.

The Altos 60-7841 measures 18 inches wide and hangs 7 inches down from the ceiling. That drop is shallow enough for standard 8-foot ceilings in a hallway or bedroom, but the 18 inch spread is wide, so check it against small entries and stairwell landings before you commit. Fixture weight is about 6.49 lbs, light enough for a standard ceiling box.

Dimming on this fixture is lamp dependent. There is no driver in the fixture itself, so whether it dims comes down to the E26 bulbs you install and the switch they are paired with. Standard incandescent or dimmable ST19 filament lamps on a compatible dimmer will dim; non-dimmable LED lamps will not. For a building standardizing on dimmers, spec the bulb first.

It carries a cULus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian requirements, and it is RoHS compliant. Note the California Prop 65 disclosure for lead, which matters if you are supplying into California multifamily or institutional work.

Semi flush. The Altos 4-light mounts direct to a ceiling box and stands 7 inches off the ceiling rather than sitting tight against it. If you need the absolute minimum projection for a low ceiling or a tight closet, a true flush mount is the better call; the semi flush profile is what gives this one its light spread around the sockets.

It runs on standard 120V line voltage and it is an incandescent-technology fixture, meaning open E26 sockets with no integrated LED module or driver. If you want LED, you get there by putting LED lamps in the sockets, which also means you can swap color temperature or output later without changing the fixture. Note there is no selectable CCT feature built in.
