    The 62-1690 is a close-to-ceiling surface mount that spans 11.42 inches in diameter and projects 2.28 inches off the ceiling, so it covers a standard 4 inch octagon box easily. It runs on 120V line voltage and weighs 1.12 lbs with a steel base, which is well within what a standard ceiling box supports.
    2) Can I use the NUVO 62-1690 LED flush mount in a bathroom or over a shower?
    Damp location rated and indoor only, so the 62-1690 is fine for a bathroom ceiling, a covered porch ceiling, or a laundry room. It is not wet rated, so keep it out of direct spray. Directly over a shower or tub enclosure you need a wet listed fixture instead.
