Output is 650 to 680 lumens from 8 watts, which covers a closet, small bath, pantry, or a hallway segment. For a bedroom or larger room you would want multiples or a bigger diameter fixture. CRI is 90, so colors and finishes read accurately, which matters in baths and laundry areas.

It is a 5 CCT selectable fixture, so one unit covers five color temperature settings instead of stocking five part numbers. That is the main reason property managers use it as a fleet standard: you set the same fixture warm for residential units and cooler for back-of-house or utility spaces. The selection is made at the fixture before it goes up, not from the wall switch.

Height is 0.67 inch with a 5 inch diameter, so it sits essentially flat to the ceiling. That is why it works in low headroom spots, stair soffits, closets, and under-stair areas where a standard dome fixture would be in the way. The body is die-cast aluminum, finished in Brushed Nickel on the 62-1903. The metal base helps heat dissipation on a thin edge lit fixture and holds up better than a painted plastic ring in a corridor or rental turn.
