That's the point of it. Wattage is field selectable at 30W, 40W or 50W, output tracks from 3300 to 5500 lumens, and CCT is selectable as well. So a single part number covers an office at a lower setting and a warehouse corridor at the top setting, which is why procurement teams standardize on it instead of stocking three SKUs.

The driver is universal 100V to 277V, so the same fixture works on 120V single phase in a small tenant space and on 277V in a commercial panel without ordering a different version.

It is rated for damp locations and listed as an indoor fixture, so a locker room, kitchen or similar humid interior space is within rating. It is not a wet location fixture, so keep it out of direct water spray or exposed exterior soffits.

White only. Mixing it into a ceiling with existing white troffers will match visually, but the one thing to settle before you order a replacement run is the CCT setting on the neighboring fixtures, since this one is field selectable and a mismatched setting is obvious across a ceiling.
