The 65-787R2 is a 120V to 277V fixture, so it covers 120, 208, 240 and 277 volt feeds without any change to the fixture. It will not run on a 480V service. For a 480V bay you need a dedicated high-voltage (277-480V) driver model or a step-down transformer.

It ships with a locking hanging hook and a 6 foot whip (72 inch wire), so the pendant hang is ready out of the box once you have a threaded rod, chain, or J-box above it. Mounting is pendant hanging or surface. At 6.42 lbs it is light enough for a single installer on a lift, but the structural attachment point and any chain or aircraft cable are supplied by you.
