The 65-801R2 is built for high-voltage service, with a driver rated 277V through 480V. That covers 277V line-to-neutral on a 480/277 wye system and straight 480V. It will not run on 120V or 208-240V, so for a shop on standard 120-277V service you need the low-voltage version of the fixture instead.

It ships with a locking hanging hook and a 6 foot power whip (72 inches of wire), so the pendant hang is covered out of the box.
