    1) What bulb does the NUVO TH211 track head take, and is one included?
    The TH211 takes a single R30 lamp with a medium E26 screw base, and no bulb ships with it. Order lamps separately. Max wattage is 75W, so if you are putting an LED R30 in it, stay at or under that 75W equivalent rating on the fixture side.
    2) Is the NUVO TH211 rated for a covered porch or a bathroom over a shower?
    No. The TH211 is an indoor fixture with a dry location rating only. Keep it out of covered exterior soffits, unconditioned porches, and damp bath or shower zones. For those spots you need a head carrying a damp or wet location listing.
    3) What voltage is the NUVO TH211 track head, and will it work on a low voltage track system?
    It is a 120V line voltage head. It belongs on a standard 120V line voltage track run. Don't put it on a 12V or 24V low voltage track system, and don't feed it from a transformer.
    4) Is this a complete track fixture or just the head?
    Just the head. The TH211 is a single-light bullet cylinder track head that clips onto an existing ceiling-mounted track run. You still need the track sections, the power feed or connector, and any couplers or end caps to make up the circuit, plus the R30 lamp.

    Dimming is lamp dependent. The head itself has no driver or dimming electronics in it, so whether the circuit dims comes down to the R30 lamp you screw in and the dimmer on the wall. An incandescent or halogen R30 dims on a standard incandescent dimmer; a dimmable LED R30 needs a dimmer compatible with that lamp.
    6) How much does the TH211 bullet cylinder head hang down below the track?
    Extension is 10 inches, so budget roughly that much drop from the track when you are checking clearance over retail shelving, display cases, or a kitchen island. The head body itself measures 7 by 4.5 by 4.5 inches and weighs 0.98 lbs.

    No. It is an incandescent-technology head with a plain E26 socket, and there is no CCT selector switch on it. Color temperature is entirely whatever R30 lamp you install, which does mean you can standardize a building on one color by buying the lamps in bulk and changing them later without touching the heads.

    Glass and metal construction, in black. Black is the only finish this head is built in, so if you are matching a run of existing heads in white or brushed nickel this one won't blend.
