    No. The TH303 is an indoor fixture with a dry location rating only, so it should not go outdoors, under a covered soffit exposed to weather, or in a damp area like a shower surround. For those openings you need a damp or wet listed head.

    No. The TH303 is an incandescent-technology head: it is a lamp holder with no integral LED engine. You can still run an LED retrofit lamp in it as long as the lamp is R20 with a medium E26 base and draws no more than 50W. Color temperature comes from the lamp, since the head has no selectable CCT.
