    1) Can I replace the bulb in the NUVO TH463 track head?
    No. The TH463 uses an integrated LED, so there is no socket and no lamp to change. The whole 12W head is replaced at end of life, which is rated at 30,000 average hours. For a property with a bulb-stocking program, that is the tradeoff: no relamping, but the head itself is the service part.
    2) Will the NUVO TH463 work in a covered outdoor walkway or a wet location?
    No. The TH463 is rated for dry locations and indoor use only. Keep it out of covered exterior soffits, bathrooms with direct shower exposure, coolers, and anywhere subject to condensation. A damp- or wet-rated fixture is required for those applications.
    3) Is the 36 degree beam on the TH463 right for general aisle lighting or for accenting displays?
    A 36 degree beam is a flood, not a spot. It is the right choice for washing shelving, aisles, and general display areas where you want overlapping pools of light from heads spaced along the track. If you are trying to punch a tight highlight onto a single piece of artwork or a mannequin from a high ceiling, a narrower beam angle head will hold the accent better. The TH463 is a square head in white with a 36 degree distribution.
    4) Is the NUVO TH463 safety listed and does it meet RoHS?
    The TH463 carries a cETLus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian requirements, and it is RoHS compliant. Note that it carries a California Prop 65 notice for lead, which matters if you are supplying a job in California that requires the disclosure passed through.
    5) Can I change the color temperature on the TH463 track head?
    No, the TH463 is not CCT selectable. There is no field switch for color temperature, so every head is fixed at its factory CCT. If you are adding heads to an existing track run, order the same model so the color matches what is already up there, and don't expect to tune a mismatched head into agreement on site.
    6) Does the TH463 track head mount to the ceiling directly or does it need track?
    It is a track head, mounted via ceiling-mounted track rather than being fastened to the ceiling on its own. You supply the track section, power feed, and end caps separately; the head provides only the adapter, the 12W integrated LED, and the aiming joint.
    7) What finish does the NUVO TH463 come in?
    White only. There is no alternate finish on the TH463, so on a job where the track and other heads are black or brushed nickel, this head will not match. Square body, contemporary profile, white housing.
