    1) Can I put the TH496 track head in a covered exterior walkway or a bathroom with a shower?
    No. The TH496 is rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so keep it out of covered exteriors, canopies, walk-in coolers, and any spot that sees shower steam or splashing. For those openings you need a damp- or wet-rated head.
    2) Will this track head work on my existing 120V line voltage track, or do I need a transformer?
    It runs on 120V line voltage track, so no remote transformer or low-voltage supply is needed. The driver is built into the head. Mounting is ceiling, consistent with standard track-mounted ceiling runs.
    3) How far does the TH496 piston head drop below the track, and how much clearance does it need?
    Allow for a 5.75 inch extension off the track. The body itself is compact at 2.75 x 2.75 x 2.75 inches and weighs 0.77 lbs, so it stays light on long runs and tucks in close where ceiling height is tight.
    4) Is the TH496 dimmable, and can I change the color temperature on it?
    Dimmable, yes. Field-selectable CCT, no. The TH496 is fixed at one color temperature, so if you are mixing it into an existing run you will want to match the color temperature of the heads already up there rather than count on adjusting it at install.
    5) Does this NUVO track head carry a safety listing for commercial installs?
