No. The TH611 cylinder track head is rated for dry locations and indoor use only, so keep it out of covered patios, car ports, and anywhere it can see moisture or condensation. For exterior or damp areas you need a fixture carrying a damp or wet location rating.

The TH611 runs on 120V line voltage and is dimmable. It is a 20 watt integrated LED, so the dimmer has to be an LED-compatible type on the branch circuit or track feed; there is no lamp to swap out to change dimming behavior.
