    Yes. The TH642 Cinch track head uses an H-style track adapter, per NUVO's own installation sheet for the part (titled TH642 H-Style Track Head Installation Instructions). H-style is the 3-wire Halo-pattern track, so it drops onto existing H-track runs. It will not fit J (Juno) or L (Lightolier) track patterns without a different head.
    2) Can I relamp a NUVO TH642 when the LED fails?
    No. The LED in the TH642 is integrated, with no separate lamp base or replaceable bulb, so when the light engine reaches end of life the head is replaced rather than relamped.
