NUVO Lighting TK349 3 Light, MR16, Round Back Track Kit, 4 foot Track, LineVage, Black

Each of the three heads takes an MR16 shape lamp with a GU10 bi-pin base, rated up to 50W at 120V line voltage. Note the base carefully: GU10 is the twist-lock line voltage base, not the GU5.3 push-in pins used on 12V MR16 lamps. A 12V MR16 will not fit or work here.

Line voltage, 120V. It wires straight to a standard 120V branch circuit through the TP155 floating power feed, so there is no low-voltage transformer to mount or replace.

No. The TK349 is rated for dry locations, indoor only. Covered exterior soffits, walkways, shower and tub zones, and anywhere subject to damp or wet conditions need a damp- or wet-listed fixture instead.

Ceiling mount. The kit's hardware is supplied for a ceiling installation, with a 6.5 inch extension from the mounting surface down to the head. Plan your clearance off that 6.5 inch drop when you are working under a low ceiling or near cabinet tops.

Dimming depends entirely on the lamp you install. The fixture itself does not include any driver or dimming electronics, so a dimmable GU10 lamp on a compatible wall dimmer will dim, and a non-dimmable lamp will not. Match the dimmer type to whatever lamp technology you choose.

The TK349 carries a cETLus safety listing, covering both US and Canadian requirements, and is flagged ADA compliant. It is also RoHS compliant. One thing to log for a California job: it is reported under Prop 65 for lead.

Figure on a 4 foot track section, with the individual head bodies measuring 4.13 inches long by 2.75 inches wide by 2.75 inches high and projecting 6.5 inches from the ceiling. Whole kit weighs 4.9 lbs, so it is light enough to land on a properly secured ceiling box or into joists with the supplied hardware.

The kit is built around NUVO's TR121 4-foot track and TH316 round back heads, with a TP155 floating power feed. Additional track sections and matching TH316 heads use the same NUVO track system, so extending a run or adding fixtures means ordering more of those same components in black to match. The kit ships with three heads on the 4 foot section.

Black only, across the track, feed and all three heads, with a glass and metal construction and a transitional styling. If you are matching existing fixtures in a retail or hospitality space, this is the single finish offered on the TK349.
