The TK355 kit ships with one TR120 4-foot track section, one TP154 floating power feed, three TH321 track heads, and all required mounting hardware. The only thing you still have to source is the lamps: bulbs are not included, and the heads take GU10 base MR16 lamps rated up to 50W each.

It's a 120V line voltage kit, so it wires straight to a standard 120V branch circuit with no transformer. The MR16 heads use a GU10 bi-pin base, which is the line voltage MR16 base. Don't order GU5.3 two-pin MR16 lamps for it, those are 12V low voltage and won't seat.

Indoor use only, and rated for dry locations. That rules out covered exterior areas and any spot exposed to moisture or steam, such as directly over a tub or shower. A kitchen ceiling away from the range is fine; a damp or wet location needs a fixture rated for it.

The track kit is ceiling mounted and the assembly extends 5.13 inches down from the mounting surface. The track itself is 48 inches long and 2.13 inches wide by 2.13 inches high, so plan a straight 4-foot run on the ceiling. The gimbal ring heads swivel, so allow for aim travel within that 5.13 inch drop when you're working under a low ceiling or near an upper cabinet.

It carries a cETLus safety listing, which covers both US and Canadian requirements, and it's flagged ADA compliant. Because it's ceiling mounted rather than wall mounted, protrusion into the path of travel isn't an issue the way it is with a sconce. One thing to note for purchasing specs: it's listed under California Prop 65 for lead.

The kit is catalogued as halogen technology with no integral LED source and no selectable color temperature, since the light source is whatever lamp you install. Because the heads take a standard GU10 base, you can lamp it with GU10 LED MR16 lamps instead of halogen and pick your own color temperature that way, staying within the 50W rating.

Construction is metal with a white finish, and the whole kit weighs 5.88 lbs, so it's light enough to mount to a ceiling box and joist without extra blocking. The gimbal ring heads are aimable, which is what property managers and retail fit-out crews usually want for accenting artwork, merchandise, or a feature wall. Finish is offered in white.
