Orca Hardware Vashon 24" Towel Bar Set

Concealed mounting screws are included with the Vashon 24 inch towel bar set. The screws hide behind the posts so nothing shows once the bar is up. Anchors suited to your wall substrate (tile, drywall without blocking, plaster) are a separate item, since the set ships with the screws only.

Orca classes the Vashon towel bar as commercial, so it is the right pick for multi-family units, hotel baths, and institutional washrooms rather than a residential-only accessory. Property managers standardizing a building can spec it across units in the same Vashon collection for a consistent look.

No. The Vashon 24" is sold as a complete towel bar set, so you would be paying for mounting posts you already have on the wall. For a bar-only replacement, Delaney offers the Cascade 300 Series Towel Bar Only in a square profile; if instead a post broke and the bar is fine, the Delaney Denali 1100 Series is sold as a Towel Bar Post Only.

The Delaney Congaree 200 Series 24" Towel Bar Set is the closest match on length and scope - like the Vashon, it is sold as a complete towel bar set at 24 inches, posts and bar together. Sure-Loc's Baden towel bar is also offered in an 18", 24" or 30" range, so the 24-inch size is available there as well if you want a different look on the same span.

The Vashon towel bar set is a 24-inch bar. For a 30-inch span, Sure-Loc offers the Baden and the Boulder towel bars in 18", 24" or 30" lengths, and the Sure-Loc Brighton towel bar is a 30-inch bar. Ordering a Sure-Loc bar in 24 inches as well would keep the same family across mixed-width walls.

One configuration: 24 inches long in satin nickel. If you need an 18 or 30 inch bar to suit the wall run, look at the Sure-Loc Baden or Sure-Loc Boulder, both of which come in 18, 24, and 30 inch lengths.

The Vashon is Orca's contemporary style line, so it suits clean-lined modern fixtures and square or flat-profile trim. If the room is traditional, the Emtek Traditional Brass Double Towel Bar or the Deltana 98C Series Classic 18 inch bar are the period-appropriate direction instead.

The closest straight swap is the Delaney Congaree 200 Series 24 inch towel bar set, same length and also sold as a complete set. Sure-Loc's Baden and Boulder cover 24 inch as well if you want a different look. For solid brass construction, Deltana's 55D, 88, and BBN Series bars are the ones to look at, though those are catalogued in 12 and 18 inch lengths.

Deltana lists several solid brass towel bars: the 55D2002/18 and the 98C2002/18 Classic are both 18-inch solid brass bars, and the 88TB12 is a 12-inch solid brass bar in the 88 Series. Emtek's Modern Brass and Transitional Brass towel bars are brass bath hardware lines as well. The Orca Vashon 24" set is a contemporary-style commercial washroom accessory supplied with concealed mounting screws.

The Orca Vashon 24" is a single-bar towel bar set. For two bars on one pair of posts, Emtek offers the Traditional Brass Double Towel Bar and the Sandcast Bronze Double Towel Bar. Those are traditional and sandcast styling rather than the contemporary look of the Vashon, so consider how they read against the rest of the bath trim.

Not as a drop-in. The Deltana 55D2002/18, 98C2002/18 and BBN2002/18 are all 18-inch bars, so the post spacing is shorter than a 24-inch bar and the existing anchor holes will not line up. If you are matching an existing 24-inch layout, stay with a 24-inch set such as the Orca Vashon or the Delaney Congaree 200 Series 24" set.

The Vashon is a single-bar set, so a 24 inch run gives you one hanging line. Where wall space is tight and two towels have to go up, a double bar stacks them on one mounting footprint: Emtek's Sandcast Bronze and Traditional Brass double towel bars both do that.
