1) Will the Panduit EV6-38R-Q ring terminal fit 6 AWG stranded and solid copper?
The EV6-38R-Q is a single-size 6 AWG terminal, and it takes both solid and stranded copper at that size. Minimum and maximum copper conductor size are both 6 AWG, so there is no range here to work with, no 8 AWG and no 4 AWG. If your conductor is anything other than 6 AWG copper, you need a different part.
2) What stud size does this Panduit 6 AWG ring terminal land on?
It lands on a 3/8 inch threaded stud. The hole is 9.5 mm. Tongue is 16 mm wide and 22.1 mm long with a 1.5 mm thickness, so check that your bus bar or breaker lug pad has that much flat landing area and clearance to the adjacent terminal before you crimp a hundred of them.
3) How far do I strip the wire for a Panduit EV6-38R-Q ring terminal?

The body is copper with a tin plating, which is the standard corrosion-resistant finish for copper conductor terminations and resists the oxide film that raises resistance at the joint. Copper-to-copper only, though. If you are landing on aluminum bus or aluminum conductor, this is the wrong terminal.
