Each pack is matched to a pull mounting type and supplies the screws, sleeves, inserts, set screws, cap bolts or glass door bushings that mounting type needs. Packs suit 1-3/4" steel and composite wood doors or 1/2" thick glass doors; for other door thicknesses PDQ asks that Technical Service be contacted.

1) What door thickness does the PDQ 9006R fastener pack fit?
The 9006R pack is built for 1-3/4 inch steel and composite wood doors, or 1/2 inch thick glass doors. If your doors are any other thickness, PDQ asks that you contact their Technical Service rather than ordering a standard pack, because the sleeve and screw lengths are cut for those two cases.
2) Do I need the Standard 1/4-20 or the HD 5/16-18 version of the PDQ 9006R pack?
Fastener size is a required choice on the 9006R. Standard packs use 1/4-20 fasteners; the HD pack uses 5/16-18 and is the one for 1 inch diameter pulls. Match it to the pull you are mounting, not to the door, or the threads will not take.
3) My PDQ pull is a different mounting type than 6R. Is this the right pack?
No. The 9006R only matches pull mounting type 6R. PDQ makes separate packs for mounting types 1, 5W, 6, 6R, 8, 12, 13 and 15, so identify the mounting type of your pull first and order the pack with that number. Type 6 and type 6R are not the same pack.
4) What is actually in a PDQ door pull fastener pack?
Each PDQ pack is matched to one pull mounting type and supplies exactly what that type calls for: screws, sleeves, inserts, set screws, cap bolts, or glass door bushings. The 9006R covers mounting type 6R. Glass door packs come with bushings sized for 1/2 inch glass plus neoprene washers.
5) Can I get the PDQ 9006R fasteners to match a satin stainless pull?
Yes. Three finishes are offered: 605 Bright Brass, 613E Dark Oxidized Satin Bronze and 630 Satin Stainless Steel. For satin stainless hardware the part number is 9006R630. Bright brass is 9006R605 and dark oxidized satin bronze is 9006R613E.
6) Will the PDQ 9006R pack work for mounting a pull on a 1/2 inch glass door?
Glass mounting is covered, but only at 1/2 inch glass thickness, and the glass versions of PDQ's packs are the ones that include the bushings and neoprene washers. Thicker or thinner glass is outside what the standard packs cover, and PDQ directs those to Technical Service.
7) Are PDQ 9006R fastener packs rated for commercial openings?
The 9006R is a commercial door hardware item, intended for the same openings as PDQ's commercial push plates and pulls: 1-3/4 inch steel and composite wood doors or 1/2 inch glass.
