PDQ COORD Door Coordinator, ANSI Type 21A

The PDQ COORD door coordinator mounts to the frame head of a pair of doors with an overlapping astragal and makes the inactive leaf close first, so the astragal does not keep the active leaf from closing and latching. It is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Type 21A and UL listed for 3 hours on a pair of swing doors incorporating an astragal.

Each model is sized to a total pair door opening width and ships with a matching filler bar, so the mechanism and filler bar completely fill the width of the opening. The steel coordinator comes in a 600 primer finish that can be painted to match the door and frame.

How is a COORD coordinator sized?
PDQ coordinators are selected by total pair door opening width: COORD54 covers 48" to 54", COORD60 covers 55" to 60", COORD72 covers 61" to 72" and COORD96 covers 73" to 96". The coordinator should extend at least 6" beyond the active door width.

What if the door stop height is not 5/8"?
