No. I04510 is a fixed 2-3/4 inch backset bolt and will not reach the cylinder hole on a 2-3/8 inch bore. For that opening PDQ makes an adjustable CL Series deadbolt that covers both 2-3/8 and 2-3/4 inch backsets, with a 2-1/4 x 1 inch faceplate in square or 1/4 inch radius corners.
3) What size is the faceplate on the PDQ I04510 deadbolt, and will it cover my existing edge prep?
The faceplate measures 2-1/4 x 1-1/8 inches with square corners. If the door edge is mortised for radius corners, or for the shorter 2-1/4 x 1 inch plate used on the adjustable CL deadbolt, the square 1-1/8 inch plate will not drop straight into that mortise without rework.
4) Does the I04510 deadbolt come with a strike?
No strike is included with the bolt. The matching CL Series deadbolt strike is PDQ I4072, 2-3/4 x 1-1/8 inches with square corners. If you are replacing the bolt and the frame strike is damaged or has the wrong corner profile, order that separately.
