Yes. The 56108 polypropylene line is intended for use with manual or power fishing systems, so it works with a vacuum/blower fish system as well as being pushed with a fish tape or rod set. Polypropylene line does not absorb water the way natural fiber does, and Klein rates the 56108 as resistant to rot and mildew. Damp basements, vaults, and crawlspaces are fine. They do different halves of the job. A fish tape or rod pushes through the raceway; this 500-foot poly line is what you attach and pull back, or what you feed in with a blower. At 210 lb tensile it handles the cable itself only on light pulls. For a heavy pull, use the poly line to draw in a rated pulling rope, then pull the conductors with the rope.
