2) What power supply do I need to run an RCI 3525 electronic rack handle?

The RCI 3525 rack handle lock is ordered with a 125 kHz proximity reader, a 13.56 MHz iCLASS reader, or a dual frequency reader, so the credential has to match the reader you specify. The DynaLock 7551 is a proximity card and the DynaLock 7561 is the same technology in a tag format for a keyring or badge clip - both are credentials only, not readers, so they do not replace any part of the 3525 itself. If your facility is already carrying 13.56 MHz iCLASS badges, specify the 3525 with the iCLASS reader; if you are running two credential populations during a changeover, the dual frequency reader version reads both.
8) Is the RCI 3525 a full replacement handle or just an add-on lock for an existing rack handle?
It's the complete swing handle assembly, not a bolt-on to a handle you already have.
