Schaub 870 1-3/8" Corinthian Cabinet Knob

Projection is 1-1/4 inches off the face of the door or drawer. That matters in a tight galley or next to an appliance panel, where a knob standing over an inch proud can catch a hip or a dishwasher handle. Knob diameter is 1-3/8 inches with a 1 inch base.

Four: Ancient Bronze (ABZ), Corinthian Silver (CRS), Michelangelo Bronze (MIBZ), and Redington Brass (RB). These are the Corinthian collection's own finish palette, so if you're matching pulls or appliance pulls across a kitchen, stay inside the Corinthian line rather than trying to cross-match a standard bronze or satin nickel from another maker.

Solid brass is the base material, not plated pot metal. For a hospitality or multi-family spec where knobs get pulled on thousands of times, that matters more than the finish name: the body won't crack at the screw boss the way a thin zinc casting can.

At 1-3/8 inches across it's a middle-of-the-road knob, comfortable on upper and base doors and on small to mid drawers. If you want more to grab on a deep pots-and-pans drawer, go larger: the Deltana KRB175 round knob with groove runs 1-3/4 inches in solid brass. For a bank of wide drawers, most designers move to pulls rather than any knob.

Depends which way you want to move. Staying traditional with a decorative face, Emtek's Art Deco and Allerton cabinet knobs are in the Schaub collection line. For glass instead of metal, the Emtek Astoria glass knob. If you want something plainer and more contemporary, Orca Hardware's CK-18032 Mission round knob or the CK-19032 Whistler are straight round profiles. The Corinthian 870 itself is the traditional, solid brass, decorative option.

The 870 Corinthian is a traditional-style knob. For a cleaner face, Orca Hardware offers the CK-18032 Mission round cabinet knob from the 18-Mission Collection and the CK-19032 Whistler cabinet knob from the 19-Whistler Collection, both straightforward cabinet knobs without the traditional detailing. Confirm hole spacing is not a factor here since all of these are single-screw knobs rather than pulls.
