Otherwise ZenSupply carries Deltana's Grade 1 regular latches, which are backset specific rather than adjustable: the G1RLE238 at 2-3/8 inch backset and the G1RLE275 at 2-3/4. Measure door edge to bore center first, because unlike the Schlage part those two do not interchange.

Not always - some lines split the latch by function. Deltana does: the G1RLE238 and G1RLE275 are Grade 1 regular latches with an entry function, while the G1RLP238 and G1RLP275 are the passage/privacy versions, each function offered at 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch backset. The Schlage 16-228 is identified a different way, by the lock family it fits - S200 and CS210 - and by the backset it adjusts to, 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 inch. So on a Deltana door you match the function code, and on an S200 or CS210 you match the chassis.

Neither one is a substitute. The Lockey M230 is a complete mechanical keyless combination lock with a deadlocking spring latch and an adjustable backset, so it replaces the whole lock rather than the latch inside the one you have. The Accentra YSSL10 is a sidelite auxiliary latch with an ADA compliant thumbturn for 1-3/4 inch doors, a different application altogether. To repair an S200 or CS210 lock, the 16-228 is the part.
