For outlet box and fixture strap holes already tapped 6-32, this is the correct type.

Steel with a zinc plating (St-Z). Zinc plated steel is a dry-location and general interior finish; it will corrode in persistent wet or coastal exposure, so for outdoor or damp locations use a stainless 6-32 machine screw instead.

No nut is supplied and usually none is needed. Being a machine screw, it requires a mating 6-32 tapped hole, which steel device boxes, mud rings, fixture straps and plates already have. If you're fastening through an untapped hole, you'll need a separate 6-32 nut.
