The TP315SFC is a spanner tamper-resistant flat head screw, so the recess is two round holes rather than a slot or Phillips cross. No standard screwdriver, Phillips, or Torx bit will turn it. If you are installing these on restroom partitions, panels, covers, or enclosures where you want to keep hands off, order the spanner driver bit at the same time, it is not included with the screws.
