The TP610SFC takes a pin-in star (tamper-resistant Torx) bit, not a standard star bit. The screw head has a post in the center of the star recess, so a solid driver bit will not seat. You need a security star bit with a hole bored down the center. Keep a set on the truck if you are installing these on covers or enclosures you want to stay shut.

It is 18-8 stainless steel, the common 300-series austenitic grade used for general corrosion resistance. That covers damp and outdoor general-purpose work, light-fixture and enclosure fastening, and places where a plated carbon steel screw would rust and seize. For salt spray or coastal exposure, 316 is the grade people step up to.

Sheet metal screws (SMS). They have a sharp, widely spaced thread that cuts its own hold in sheet metal, thin steel, and similar material through a pilot hole. They are not machine screws, so they will not thread into a tapped machine-screw hole in an enclosure or box. If the hole is already tapped, you want a machine screw instead.

They raise the bar rather than lock anything. Anyone carrying a security bit set can still remove them, so for anything needing real security use a keyed or locking closure.
