The TP137SFC is a flat head screw, which means a conical underside that seats into a countersunk hole and finishes flush with the surface. Your panel, cover, or bracket has to be countersunk or have a matching chamfered hole. If the hole is a plain straight-through drill, the head will stand proud, and you'd want a pan or button head instead.
