A driver comes with them. The SPT200W uses a spanner (two-hole) drive, and each pack of 100 includes the 00SP6B spanner insert bit, so you are not buying the tool separately. A standard slotted or Phillips bit will not turn these, which is the point of the design.

The heads are white, so they disappear against standard white or ivory-white device plates. Head style is oval/pan, which seats flush-ish against the plate countersink rather than sitting proud like a hex or truss head.
