SDC’s RB12V Series batteries provide backup power for power controllers. DC power supplies equipped with batteries provide continuous operation of access controls, locking devices and peripheral components during a power outage.
SDC’s 600 series power supplies with RF cabinet enclosures can accommodate up to four RB12V4 batteries. 600 series power supplies with RFA cabinet enclosures can accommodate up to six RB12V4 or RB12V7 batteries.
For 24 VDC standby power, batteries must be ordered in pairs. A minimum of two RB12V batteries are required to provide 24 VDC standby output power.
