Just the operating knob. The 10250TKR is the red actuator knob that goes on a non-illuminated selector switch operator in the 10250T series. You still need the switch operator body and the contact blocks to make a working circuit.

The 10250TKR is a red knob, and red on a selector is commonly used to flag a safety-critical or emergency-function selection. For normal HAND/OFF/AUTO duty most panels use a black knob, so if you are matching existing operators on the same panel, check the color on what you are replacing before you order red.
4) Is the Eaton 10250TKR rated for a washdown or oily environment?
It belongs to Eaton's heavy-duty watertight/oiltight 30.5 mm family, which is the construction intended for machine-tool, washdown and outdoor-enclosure panels. The sealing comes from the operator body and panel gasket, so the environmental performance depends on the 10250T operator the knob is fitted to.
5) Can the 10250TKR knob be used on an illuminated selector switch?
