Door Silencers

A door silencer is a device that attaches to a door frame to reduce noise and absorb shock when the door opens and closes. They can be used on both metal and wood doors. Door silencers are small rubber buttons, approximately 1/8” thick, with a projecting portion for insertion into holes prepared in the stop of frame. Silencers with a cone-shaped projection are intended for use on metal frames. Silencers with a cylindrical projection are intended for use on wood door frames.
