Exit Devices

dormakaba's line of exit devices secures doors in compliance with fire/life safety codes. All dormakaba exit devices are certified to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1.  Devices are available in rim, mortise, and surface or concealed rod styles in both fire- and panic-rated versions. Rim and Mortise devices are available in barrier-free versions (BF) for applications where minimal operating force is required. Both Narrow and Wide Stile exit devices are available. Electronic features such as Motorized Latch Retraction (MLR) and Delayed Egress (DE) are also available to suit a variety of applications.
