1) Will a Spears PVC socket flange bolt up to a metal Class 150 flange on a pump or valve?
Yes. The flange is drilled Class 150, so the bolt circle matches other Class 150 flanges of the same nominal size on valves, pumps and tanks. Use a full-face gasket and flat washers, and pull the bolts down in a star pattern by hand, not with an impact gun, because PVC flange faces crack if you overtorque them.
2) How do I attach this flange to my PVC pipe, is it threaded?
No threads on the pipe end. It is a socket connection, so the pipe slides into the socket and is joined with PVC primer and solvent cement. That makes it permanent. If you want a removable connection at the pipe, you would need a threaded (FPT) flange instead.
