The Stanley 15-113 12 in. High Tension Hacksaw is built for straight, controlled cuts in metal, conduit, pipe and bolts. Adjustable blade tension up to 32,000 psi keeps the blade rigid for accurate cutting, and a quick-release mechanism makes blade changes fast. The blade can be set at 45 or 90 degrees, including a flush-cut position for cutting close to a surface. The frame has a 3-7/8 in. throat, and a 24 TPI blade is included so the saw is ready to use. The high blade tension helps reduce blade flex and wandering, which is useful when cutting conduit, pipe and threaded rod to length on the job. The quick-release lets you swap to a fresh blade in seconds, and the adjustable blade angle makes it easier to cut in corners and close to walls and floors.
